Released in June of 2014, the Air Jordan 11 Retro Low ‘Infrared 23’ features a black mesh upper with black patent leather, but with the addition of a ‘cement’ panel around the heel. The sneaker also features infrared accents, a white midsole, and an ice blue translucent outsole.
